Refund
To make sure we serves you and other buddies better, we do not honor modification, cancellation and/or refund once your order is confirmed/processed.

Refund of the Item(s)
We offers full refund of the item's amount to you if the item you order is out-of-stock or non restockable upon payment remitted. For pre-order item, the availability is confirmed only after payment made thus it is important to make payment timely to avoid out of stock as some items are non restockable.

Items Accessories 
All items do not come with accessories (belt, ring, necklace...) unless otherwise stated.

Missing Items

You are highly encouraged to check the content of the parcel before signing the shipping bill. If you do not receive certain items of your order, please do the following and we shall investigate further:

1. Make a remark at the shipping bill about what items are missing before signing.
2. Keep the shipping bill and take a photo of it.
3. Keep the entire shipping parcel (must be everything including the boxes) and take a photo of it showing the total weight of the shipment.
4. Send the photos to trendyclosets@gmail.com, stating your order details, the name and link of the missing item.

Delivery Destination

As of currently, we delivers to all location within Malaysia including both east and west Malaysia. For overseas delivery, please email us at  trendyclosets@gmail.com and we will advise accordingly.

Delivery Method
We will be using Pos Laju Malaysia/Sky Net/TA-C-BIN.Tracking number will be provided once the item is posted out. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as signature is required upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest post/service office and you will have to collect it yourself there. In the event, parcel is being returned to us, you will have to borne the re-posting postage fee.

Delivery Time

Since all items are Pre Order from overseas, for International Shipping from our hub to you, it will take around but not limited to 10-15 working days depending on your receiving address within Malaysia. Should there be any delay, there might be due to other factors (due to customs clearance processes) affecting the delivery time but we will work closely with our logistic partner to resolve the issue and ensure it is delivered to you in shortest time possible. 

Loss in Delivery

Your goods are tracked by our logistic partner from time to time to ensure it is not lost in delivery. In the event of loss, we will work with our logistic partner to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

Goods Quality
Mind you if you are a perfectionist who is looking for excellent/top notch quality and/or designer alike. please be reminded, the pictures posted is an illustration only; at this reasonable price, the quality for most items is usually good or just reasonably/fairly good but not perfect as these are inspired brands only. We do strive to give our level best to display as accurately as possible the actual items via the shots. Products colors may differ (although we state as per pic, we are referring to the design) mainly due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.

Measurement
Buyer should allow within 1-2 inches variance for the measurement stated as is just an approximate guideline.

Common issues
Any customer’s personal feeling or subjective reason is not allowed for exchange or refund, based on the fact that the item is not perfectly fit/suit you or the end result does not meet your expectation, doesn't like the color/style/quality, not 100% as per pic, careless while handling or opening the parcel which caused damage to the items and/or feels the item is uncomfortable or too transparent, size exchange is strictly not a valid reason for exchange/refund thus we do not allowed for exchange or refund based on this basis.

Shipping fee (Malaysia only)

1. Regular Rate: RM 6 flat for West Malaysia
2. Regular Rate: RM 9 flat for Sabah &; Sarawak.
3. Outside of Malaysia is in according to weight. Please email us at trendyclosets@gmail.com for the rate.

Return Policy

• Customers are required to send in a written notice via email to us within 2 days upon receiving the item for a valid exchange or return
• Item return must reach our premises within 2 working days from date of informing us
• Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn in their original condition including taps, tag attached or packages. All items will be inspected on return
• Customers are required to e-mail us the Return Details as below:

Reason:	(e.g. stain item/button missing)
Tracking Number:	(your courier company tracking number)
Replacement Item:	(tell us the item that you want to replace e.g. J0xxx)

Important Notes

• The return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by Trendy Closet provided the return and replacement is due to Damage or Stained item
• Any exchange of item is subject to the same design and color only
• Trendy Closet reserves full right to reject any returned goods not meeting the stipulated Return Policy

Returnable/Exchangeable Section

• Items that are terribly damage or stained

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Section

• Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, misalignment of sewing, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online
• Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button or pocket)
• Return or exchange is not allowed if size measurement differs about 1-2 inch
• Sales items is not returnable unless it is a damage item

We reserve the right at all times to vary, change, alter, amend, add to or remove any of these terms. Please ensure that you review these terms each time you purchase.
